I had a nail in my tires and they were only a year old, went to discount tires and America’s tires, they wanted me to replace all 4 tires, I came here referred by my neighbor and a used tire to match my treads, same brand and size, they rotated the tires too for $95 out the door, excellent service, and it was literally 15 mins. Outstanding service, very happy! Will come back! Thanks Allejandro!

To expensive for used tires waited almost 2 hours for 1 tire installation, no customer service, had to walk to an ATM to get cash cause they don't take credit or cash apls Venmo. Not a great experience.

I came in to repair my 3 piece wheels that were damaged in an accident and was quoted $300 and they had promised they would have them repaired in 4 days. It took them over 2 weeks (which insurance ended up costing me $50 everyday the wheels aren’t fixed) to repair and after waiting the those weeks, the wheels weren’t even correctly fixed. I still had to take them to another wheel shop to fix the issue as they were still not straight and spent another $300. So in total I WASTED so much time and money for terrible service. Stay Away, not worth the terrible quality. Also, the guy in charge tried to have me pay an extra $100 for his good labor.

I needed tires mounted on my SUV and made an appointment to bring it in on a Thursday evening. When I went to purchase the tires from a private party, the the heavy rain caused significant traffic and it caused me to run late. I called Pro Audio and they told me they would wait for me. They had no other cars that they were working on But I'm sure wanted to go home. They we're all very professional and got to work right away removing my old tires and mounting the new ones. They showed me that my front brakes we're getting very low and suggested I replaced them. They said they had the brake pads I needed and could mount them for me right away. They got the job done quickly. The following morning I had a 380 mile drive. The new tires were balanced perfectly and my brakes worked great. I highly recommend going to Pro Audio wheels and tires for anything related to your wheels and tires. They also do Window tinting and stereo installation. I have no doubt that they are just as good at both of those. Thank you Pro Audio.
